Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Liis Perle, we take pride in the quality and care of every piece we offer. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected. We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for eligible online purchases.

What We Offer

• Exchanges for a different item (subject to availability)
• Store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which does not expire and can be used at any time

We do not issue refunds.

Exchange Window

• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.
• Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the exchange authorization.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must:

• Be in new, unused condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include your order confirmation or receipt
• Be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Note:

• Earrings, discounted items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and final sale policies.
• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email contact@liisperle.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your reason for the request.
2. We will confirm your eligibility and provide the next steps within 24 Hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange or issue your store credit.
