Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Liis Perle, we take pride in the quality and care of every piece we offer. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected. We are happy to provide an exchange or store credit for eligible online purchases.
What We Offer
- Exchanges for a different item (subject to availability)
- Store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which does not expire and can be used at any time
We do not issue refunds.
Exchange Window
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.
- Once approved, items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the exchange authorization.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or receipt
- Be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Note:
- Earrings, discounted items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and final sale policies.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email contact@liisperle.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your reason for the request.
- We will confirm your eligibility and provide the next steps within 24 Hours.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange or issue your store credit.
